Happy Memorial Day! Looking forward to some beautiful weather in our neighborhood! However this time of year can also bring severe weather. Here at Cain's View Estates we monitor weather alerts to assure that our storm shelter is available for access in the event of a Tornado warning. We take our residents safety seriously.
We are a pet friendly community - However no pets are allowed in the shelter if the need should arrive. (Unless of course if it is a registered service animal which I would have documentation of that) You may wish to have an alternative plan to seek shelter if you are not prepared to leave your pet in your home.
Needing to seek shelter would be a stressful situation not only for residents but also a pet and when a pet is under stress it can do unpredictable things which would not be a good situation. Please remember this if the time should ever come to seek shelter.

I'm so excited of all of the new things we're doing here at Cain's View. This blog is just one of them!
As a part of our new website, www.cainsview.com, this blog is intended to bring together a larger sense of community for our residents. A home isn't just the place you eat and sleep, it's where you live. And living means being an active part in the community around you. That's just what Cain's View strives to be.
This is will be place where we can all connect about the happenings in our community both past and upcoming. Think of this as your newsletter. We're all about welcoming people in here at Cain's View and I can't wait to better get to know everyone.
